About Isabella
You have survived things no one should have to go through—that does not make you broken; it makes you brave. Whether you are living with the impact of sexual abuse or childhood trauma, or navigating life with DID, you do not need to untangle it alone. I work with people who carry complex trauma in their bones—people who have had to adapt in incredible ways just to keep going. You can discover how to adapt to a life that reflects the safer, kinder world you deserve. Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the parts you have been taught to hide. I will help you to carry what is heavy and to find new ways to grow.
As a relational therapist, I help couples and families to heal deeply and build relationships that feel more honest, connected, and emotionally safe. I also offer support to parents processing the discovery of their child’s sexual abuse, helping them move towards greater steadiness and more deeply attuned caregiving.
If you have tried coping, masking, detaching, or powering through, and are ready for something deeper, I would be honoured to walk with you. You can book a session or a free 15-minute phone consultation using the links on this page, or reach out with any questions—I would love to hear your story!
Therapy with Isabella
Therapy with me is a place to be deeply seen and supported, but also challenged. I am not just here to listen quietly; I will reflect patterns, ask the tough questions, and help you get unstuck. Together, we will move beyond coping toward real healing and meaningful change. I am committed to walking alongside you with honesty, compassion, and a strong belief in your capacity to grow and thrive.
