About Isabella

My approach is grounded in a belief of the strength of the human spirit. I believe that every behavior, even those that seem counterproductive or harmful, serves a purpose, and together we can uncover its meaning. In therapy we can explore the impact of past wounds and trauma while guiding you toward a healthier, more empowered way of living. I am passionate about helping people recognize the power in how they’ve learned to survive, while also supporting them in cultivating new responses and relationships that reflect the safer world they deserve to live in. As social beings, I believe we heal in relationships. Therapy offers not only a space for self-understanding but also a transformative relationship where you can begin to rewrite your story, find hope, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.

I specialize in working with trauma, shame, and the complex impact of past experiences on the present. Through a strengths-based and relational approach, I help clients heal from the effects of trauma, navigate shame, and build healthier coping strategies. I aim to meet each person where they are and walk a path of self-discovery alongside them.

If you’re ready to explore how we might work together, I’d be honored to support you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email. You can also book a session or free 15 minute consultation on our site.
