About Isabella

You’ve survived things no one should have to go through. That doesn’t make you broken, it makes you brave. If you’re living with the impact of sexual abuse, childhood trauma, or navigating life with DID, you don’t have to untangle it alone. I work with people who carry complex trauma in their bones—who’ve had to adapt in incredible ways just to keep going. You can discover how to adapt to a life that reflects the safer, kinder world you deserve. Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones you’ve been taught to hide. I’ll help you carry what’s heavy and help you find new ways to grow.

As a relational therapist, I help couples and families heal deeply and build relationships that feel more honest, connected, and emotionally safe. I also offer support to parents processing the discovery of their child’s sexual abuse, helping them move towards steadiness and deeply attuned caregiving.

If you’ve tried coping, masking, detaching, or powering through and you’re ready for something deeper, I’d be honoured to walk with you.
