About Maddy

Life does not need to be lived under the constant weight of anxiety, guilt, shame, addiction, unhealthy behaviours, compulsions, or deep sadness. Too many people move through their days believing that they must hold on to these burdens, yet I believe that freedom from these pains and hardships is possible.

I believe every person holds within them the capacity to live a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and whole—a life where they are not merely surviving, but truly living.

My work is about walking alongside people who are ready to step out of old cycles and into something new. Together, we explore the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unseen—with compassion, not judgment. You do not have to carry it all on your own anymore. Therapy can be the space where healing begins, where new insight leads to growth, and where you begin to feel more at home in your own life.

I prioritize building a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine, supportive, and receptive. Using a collaborative approach rooted in strength-based, CBT, and solution-focused therapies, I help clients identify patterns, build on existing strengths, develop practical tools, shift unhelpful thinking, and create meaningful, lasting change in their individual and relational dynamics. Together, we work toward your goals in a way that feels empowering and grounded in your inner strengths—strengths that may simply need the space and support to emerge more fully.

If any part of this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and book a session or a free consultation with me. Whether you are ready to begin therapy or just exploring your options, I am here to answer your questions and support you in finding what feels right. Even if we are not the right fit, I would be glad to help guide you toward someone who is.
